Our on-demand handyman program is a proactive service designed to help you avoid costly repairs to your home by maintaining the key appliances and systems in your home and regularly inspecting your home for potential problems. A technician from No Worry Home will visit your home multiple times per year. Each visit will be individually pre-scheduled with you. During each visit, we will perform all scheduled maintenance tasks for that visit, such as HVAC filter replacement and smoke detector battery replacement, and also perform a whole-home inspection to pre-identify problems such as water leaks or failing equipment. Plus, we'll set aside time during each visit to handle any handyman tasks. After each visit, we will send you a detailed visit report, which will provide a status report on all appliances, systems and elements of your home, identify any issues we found during the visit, and list our recommended remediation as well as other helpful reminders and suggestions.
Whenever you need additional on-demand handyman work, you can schedule your dedicated handyman to come any time at a fixed hourly rate (some membership plans include free visits).
Yes, on our initial visit we will capture the key information about your home that we will keep in our database, such as types and model numbers of your appliances and smoke detectors, so we can arrive for subsequent visits with the proper filters and batteries and any other materials that we may need to perform our home maintenance services. Our initial visit will be approximately 4 hours.
After the initial visit, you can book an on-demand handyman at any time for a reduced rate of $119/hour.
No Worry Home is a one stop solution for all of the key appliances and systems in your home. We have one business and one business only – caring for your home. That’s all we do, and we are best in class. Nearly all other companies offering on-demand handymen so as a “side business,” often as a way to get lucrative repair and remodeling work from their captive customers. Not us. We will provide you with an honest assessment of your home, and nothing makes us happier than telling our customers that all is in working order and nothing needs to be done!
Yes! No Worry Home performs routine repair/handyman work as part of your home maintenance services, as well as on-demand whenever you need it. If we identify an issue in your home that requires a specialist or someone with a particular license, we can recommend one or more of our preferred service partners to you and will help you coordinate with the provider to get the work done. Our preferred service partners have all been fully vetted by No Worry Home for quality and responsiveness, and they have all agreed to provide priority response to No Worry Home customers.
No Worry Home is an annual service, billed quarterly. We will charge your credit card on the first day of your first service, and then again every 3 months after that.
For any on-demand handyman services, we charge a reduced rate to members of $119/hour.
Our technicians all have decades of experience, with backgrounds in home maintenance services, general contracting, inspection, and carpentry (among others). Each technician - indeed, every No Worry Home employee - has successfully passed a national criminal background check prior to joining us.
